STUDIOAI / NOVOMALY

Privacy policy

How the production workspace handles information, including its Google and YouTube connection.

Last updated
01

Operator and purpose

StudioAI is a private video production workspace operated for the NOVOMALY educational video channel. Google authorization screens may identify the application as studio.

The workspace helps its operator create educational videos and publish them to a YouTube channel that the operator authorizes. Videos may follow a manual review workflow or an explicitly enabled recurring production and publishing plan with saved settings and a budget.

The operator is the application support and privacy contact: delerious0031@gmail.com.

02

Google and YouTube data

When the operator connects a Google account and grants the requested YouTube permissions, StudioAI accesses or stores the following information for that connection and authorized publishing:

  • The connected YouTube channel's ID and title.
  • OAuth access and refresh tokens, granted permission scopes, and token expiry information.
  • IDs of uploaded videos and their privacy, processing, and scheduled publication status.

StudioAI uses these permissions to identify the connected channel, upload authorized videos, apply publication settings, and check the status of those uploads. StudioAI does not request or store the operator's Google password.

03

Production and usage data

The private workspace stores project information and production content, such as topics, scripts, prompts, reference assets, narration, images, video files, subtitles, saved YouTube titles, descriptions, hashtags, settings, and publication history.

Its operation also uses necessary login and OAuth cookies and operational logs. Those logs may include IP addresses, requested routes, request times, and information needed to diagnose errors.

04

How data is used and shared

Google access has a specific purpose.

Google credentials, channel identity, and Google API status are used for the connection, authorized publishing, and related status checks. They are not provided to AI production services.

Publishing to YouTube

For an authorized upload, StudioAI sends YouTube the rendered MP4 and its saved title, description, hashtags, category, language, publication schedule, and applicable audience and synthetic media declarations. It retrieves video status information to follow processing and publication.

Configured production providers

Creating the content can send production prompts, text, queries, or reference assets to the services configured by the operator. These may include OpenAI for text or image generation, ElevenLabs for narration, Runway for generated visual assets, and Pexels for stock searches.

These production requests concern the content being created. StudioAI does not include Google OAuth credentials, the connected channel's identity, or Google API status in requests to these AI production providers.

StudioAI does not sell Google data or use it for advertising. Google and YouTube process information sent to their services under their own terms and privacy policies. The operator's configured production providers also have their own terms and data practices.

05

Storage and protection

The Google connection record, including the imported OAuth client information, tokens, and connected channel information, is stored encrypted together in the application database. Saved resumable upload checkpoints are also encrypted.

This encryption does not apply to every application record or file. Media files and ordinary project and publication history are not all encrypted. They are stored as part of the operator's production workspace and its backups.

06

Cookies and public pages

The private StudioAI application uses necessary login and OAuth cookies to support access and connection flows.

These public information pages do not provide access to the production workspace. Their code does not add advertising or analytics trackers. The hosting service may keep basic request logs.

07

Retention and deletion

Project and publication records support the operation and history of the workspace until the operator removes them. Backup copies are managed separately by the operator and may remain after information is removed from the active workspace. There is no automatic deletion period stated here for backup copies.

Deleting a project
Removes that project's database records and associated media from the active workspace.
Forgetting a Google connection
Removes the locally stored encrypted connection record, including its saved OAuth client, tokens, and channel information. It does not remove project records, publication history, or backup copies.
Other records or account data
StudioAI does not currently offer a self-service account deletion endpoint. Contact the operator to request deletion of other records or to discuss backup copies.
08

Disconnecting and pausing

Forgetting the connection inside StudioAI removes the local saved connection. It does not revoke the permission held in the Google account. To revoke that permission, use Google Account connections and remove the application's access.

Pausing automation or disconnecting StudioAI does not cancel videos already scheduled on YouTube. Review or change those schedules in YouTube Studio.

Contact and updates

For support, privacy questions, or a request concerning your information, contact the StudioAI operator at delerious0031@gmail.com.

This policy may be updated as the workspace changes. The date at the top identifies the current version.
